Can I receive facial massage while pregnant or postpartum?
Yes — the 5D Sculptural Facial Experience is a beautiful and supportive treatment during both pregnancy and postpartum. The techniques I use are gentle, grounding and deeply restorative, making them ideal for soothing swelling, relieving jaw tension and reconnecting with your body during times of transformation.
Each session is tailored to your stage, comfort and energy. If you’re postpartum, this ritual can also support fluid movement, emotional regulation and a soft return to self. Please share any relevant details in your intake form so I can create the most nurturing experience for you.

Is it safe for sensitive skin or if I’ve never had a facial massage before?
Yes — absolutely. The 5D Sculptural Facial Experience is deeply therapeutic yet intuitively gentle. Every session is customized to your skin’s needs and your comfort level. Whether you have sensitive skin, reactive tendencies or you’re new to facial work, the techniques I use are designed to support circulation, lymph flow and nervous system regulation — without overstimulation.
This is a treatment where your skin is honored, not overwhelmed.

What can I expect during a 5D Sculptural Facial Experience?
Your 5D Sculptural Facial Experience is deeply therapeutic and rejuvenating. This treatment works across five dimensions: skin, fascia, lymph, qi and spirit.
Your session begins with grounding touch and guided breathwork, body acupuncture points to balance your constitution and followed by rhythmic, intentional massage techniques that lift, tone and de-puff — working both deeply and delicately. I use a combination of fascia release, intraoral sculpting and lymphatic drainage to awaken your face’s natural vitality.
This is more than a facial — it’s a nervous system reset, a beauty ritual and a full-body exhale. You’ll leave feeling sculpted, softened and glowing — from the inside out.

Do I need to change my diet to see results?
Not drastically — but small shifts can make a big impact. During consults and treatment follow-ups, I suggest spleen-friendly food therapy based on TCM principles: warm, easy-to-digest meals that support your gut and glow.

Is facial massage okay if I have inflamed skin or active acne?
If you’re experiencing inflamed skin or active acne, facial acupuncture will be more beneficial than facial massage. Facial acupuncture will help to calm the inflammation and redness, clear heat and encourage healing. This is combined with body acupuncture points that also focus on clearing heat and reducing inflammation in your face.
I avoid direct manipulation over inflamed or cystic areas and instead focus on lymphatic drainage and nervous system calming. This helps reduce inflammation, support detoxification and restore balance beneath the surface.
This is healing, not aggravating. Many of my clients with acne find that this gentle, tailored approach helps their skin calm and clear over time — even noticing dramatic improvement the following day! Especially when paired with at-home, Spleen-focused support.
